Terms of service
These terms govern use of IHSStoryflow, operated by Infinite Horizon Studios, Mumbai, India (“we”). By using the service you agree to them on behalf of your studio.
The service
IHSStoryflow takes a story through breakdown, screenplay, shot planning, image, voice and video generation, and the final cut. It is a professional tool for production teams, not a consumer service.
Studio accounts and members
Each studio holds one account with its own workspaces. Studio admins invite members and set their access. The studio is responsible for what its members do here and for keeping sign-in details safe.
Credits and billing
- Generation runs on prepaid credits, charged in Indian rupees.
- Where we supply the model access, the charge is the provider’s cost plus a 25 % platform fee. A studio using its own provider key is billed by that provider directly.
- GST applies as required by law and appears on the invoice.
- Credits are for use on this service. Refunds are governed by the Refund and cancellation policy.
Content and ownership
Your studio owns what it uploads and what it generates here, within the rights granted by its cast talent and by any third-party material it brings in. You are responsible for holding valid likeness, voice and usage rights for every person represented in your work. We claim no ownership of your productions.
Cast talent
Every voice and likeness used in a production must be covered by a valid consent recorded in the talent bank. The terms of that consent are set out in the Voice and likeness licence, which forms part of these terms. The platform refuses a casting outside the recorded rights window.
Acceptance and versions
By ticking “I have read and agree” at sign-in you accept these terms and the Privacy policy on your own behalf. A studio admin who creates a studio, or who accepts from the studio’s admin overview, accepts them on behalf of that studio and confirms they are authorised to do so.
Each document carries a version. When we publish a new version of these terms or the privacy policy, you are asked to accept again the next time you sign in; continued use after that point is on the current version. We keep a record of who accepted which version and when.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, or to impersonate a person without their consent. Model providers apply their own moderation, and a request they refuse will not run here either.
Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Generation depends on third-party providers and may be delayed or unavailable through no fault of ours.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid to us for the service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost production time or indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction.
