Privacy Policy

IHSStoryflow is a studio production tool published at theihs.ai and operated by Infinite Horizon Studios, Mumbai, India. Infinite Horizon Studios is the controller — the data fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 — for the personal data described here. This policy takes effect on the date shown above and explains what we hold, why we hold it, who else touches it, and how you get it back or have it erased.

Who we are

IHSStoryflow is a business tool used by production studios and their teams; accounts are created for studios, and each person works inside their studio’s workspaces.

What data we collect

  • Account details — your name and email address, and the studio and workspaces you belong to, together with your role in each of them.
  • Google profile — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. Nothing else from your Google account is read. This is described in full under “Google user data” below.
  • Production content — the stories, scripts, images, recordings, video and notes your studio uploads or generates here, including talent material your studio has the rights to use.
  • Usage and billing records — which generations ran, what they cost, credit top-ups, invoices and payment references.
  • Technical records — sign-in times, error reports and audit entries needed to keep the service secure and to diagnose faults.

How we use your data

  • To create your account, sign you in, and show your name to the rest of your team.
  • To run your studio’s productions and show the right people the right work.
  • To bill accurately and issue GST invoices.
  • To send notifications by email or WhatsApp that you asked for — review requests, finished runs, billing notices. You can turn these off in your account settings.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your production content to train models.

Google user data

What we access. If you choose Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We request the scopes openid, email and profile only. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service.

Why we use it. Google user data is used solely to create and sign you in to your IHSStoryflow account and to show your name and picture to the other members of your studio so they know who reviewed or changed a piece of work.

How we store it. It is held in our Supabase-hosted account database in the India region, encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest.

Sharing. We do not share Google user data with third parties, other than the processors listed under “Who we share data with” who host or operate the service on our behalf. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train or improve any machine-learning model.

How to delete it. You can delete your account at any time from Account › Delete account inside the app, or by writing to create@infinitehorizonstudios.com. Your Google profile data is erased within 30 days of the request, apart from records we must keep for tax and accounting. You can also remove IHSStoryflow’s access from your Google Account permissions page.

IHSStoryflow’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who we share data with

  • Supabase — account sign-in and the production database.
  • Google Cloud Storage — images, audio and video files.
  • AI model providers used to generate images, voices and video, including ElevenLabs and BytePlus, together with the model provider your studio has configured.
  • Razorpay — payments.
  • Resend — email.
  • Gupshup — WhatsApp messages.

Each receives only what it needs to do its part, and is bound by its own agreement with us. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we disclose it otherwise only when the law requires it.

How long we keep data and how to delete it

We keep your account and production data for as long as the studio account exists. You can delete your own account from Account › Delete account, and a studio administrator can remove a member at any time. On a deletion request we erase the data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting. Backups roll off on their own schedule within the same period.

Security

All traffic runs over TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our hosting providers. Access to production data is role-based and enforced in the database itself, so a person only ever sees the studios and workspaces they belong to. Administrative actions are written to audit logs. If a personal data breach affects you, we notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, nominate someone to act for you, or withdraw consent for processing based on it. Write to create@infinitehorizonstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent stops future processing but not what we must keep for invoices, tax and accounting.

Cookies

We use a single sign-in cookie so you stay signed in, and local browser storage to remember your last workspace and display preferences. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.

Children

IHSStoryflow is a business tool and is not offered to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly hold a child’s personal data. If you believe a child has an account here, write to us and we will remove it.

Notice under India’s DPDP Act 2023

This notice is given under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Infinite Horizon Studios is the data fiduciary for the personal data described above.

  • Purposes — to create and run your studio account, to operate your productions, to bill you and issue GST invoices, to send notifications you asked for, and to keep the service secure.
  • Your rights as a data principal — access to your data, correction of what is wrong, erasure when it is no longer needed, nomination, and grievance redressal.
  • Grievance — our grievance officer under the Act is Avinash Priyam, Infinite Horizon Studios, Suite 1706, Chandak Unicorn, Dattaji Salvi Road, Off Link Road, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053, India, reachable at create@infinitehorizonstudios.com.   • Withdrawing consent — write to us and we will stop processing based on your consent.
  • Where your data is held — the database and account records are hosted in the India region. Model providers used for generation may process content outside India under their own agreements with us.
  • Breach notice — if a personal data breach occurs we notify the affected users and the Data Protection Board of India as the Act requires.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If a change is material, we announce it inside the app and ask you to accept the new version before you carry on using IHSStoryflow.
